Not a fancy place with tons of amenities but our room was immaculately clean, including the bathroom. Sometimes that's all you need. Very reasonable rates.

Stayed here several years back on a father son hunting trip. Room was excellent the entire place was clean. My father owns a small motel very much like The mariner and I have a unique appreciation for the work that goes into maintaining a motel or Inn. Any who place was great housekeeping was impeccable our entire stay and the owners were gracious at check in. Felt like home.
Really look forward to going back in the summer time to take a dip in a Poole I don't have to clean .lol

Very clean, very nice staff, and peaceful. But my only complaint is there is no microwave in the rooms. I understand they don't want seafood in the rooms because of smell, but we wanted to heat something up for a nighttime snack and we couldn't. Other than that,I enjoyed the peace.

Like stepping back in time this place is cool retro. Clean and comfortable with wood paneling, frilly curtains and a lamp representative of the hotel name. Even had a soda bottle opener built in and blue window blinds! Price was economical and owner was very nice to work with when we had to change our reservation.

You never know with a small town motel, but the reviews are correct. This place is great!! Owners are friendly and helpful. Room was super clean and felt like a beach cabin. Bathroom was totally modern and updated. Not just caulk and paint updated but totally retiled and we’ll done. There’s a nice pool and you can walk to restaurant and waterfront. Would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I had a great stay at Mariner's! Although it is an old style motel, it is updated and so sparkly clean! The staff is friendly and helpful! It's located just a short stroll to the bay/marina and also to the Waterman's Crabhouse. It's also not far from the beach and the center of town. We look forward to going back! We had no complaints other than the bed being a little too soft for our taste.

The Mariners is a nice and cheap place to stay if you happen to be boating to Rock Hall and don't want to stay on the boat. Other than that, the amenities are pretty slim.

The rooms are small, simple, and somewhat dated, but overall clean and adequate. They are a short walk over to the marina and if you plan on docking at the marina, there is a slight discount. Luckily the marina has a nice outdoor pool to use.

Location wise, there isn't much in walking distance other than Waterman's. There is a local shuttle that will run you up to the grocery store for a small fee.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and it is located right on the water. Walls are very thin and shower head was pretty low. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.
