Services
Dr. Maddox has over 25 years experience as an orthopedic surgeon and is board certified with Fellowship training in sports medicine. He has been a team physician and consultant for numerous high school, college and professional teams including hockey, baseball and football. He has extensive experience in arthroscopic procedures for the shoulder, knee, elbow and ankle.
Prior to my surgery I walked 2 miles every day to prepare. Surgery was a breeze. My pain was at a 3/10. I was able to lift my left by myself and get around utilizing crutches only. I was walking 1 mile by the end of the first week post op and 2 miles by the end of the second week. Physical therapy is a breeze if you apply yourself.

I had a Recent knee arthroscopy with partial Menisectomy at the Metro Surgical center. The entire staff was excellent .. admitting nurse Jeannette , Dr Maddox, Dr Wix and several others which made my experience pleasant and made for an easy healing afterwards. I followed all Dr orders , allowing healing before too much activity. I highly recommend Dr. Maddox and his staff!

Treated like i was in an inner city clinic. Had an adverse reaction to an improperly administered covid 19 test (hemorrhaging nose!)and no one responded to my needs. Equipment and operator unqualified. Left exam room and received no follow up from Dr. Maddox., Inexperienced and uncaring. No follow up from administration after several calls.

He did my ACL replacement. I have no complaints everything functions as it did before. He is an awesome bedside Manner and is able to answer every question that I threw at him. Please confirm this but I believe he was actually one of the team doctors for the Phoenix Coyotes. I'm pretty sure hockey players bust up stuff pretty often.

Dr Maddox and staff are simply amazing. Dr Maddox performed surgery on my right leg with a tissue transplant. "Bone Cadaver" His staff checked on me daily, and set me up with the best physical therapist in the valley. It wasn't easy, but after a long road to recovery, I am happy to say I can do most of everything I did before the accident. Thank you Dr Maddox and staff!!! I highly recommend them! 10 stars in my book!!! I have also referred several of my friends and family to Dr Maddox and they all say the same thing... He is the Best!!!
