Dr Mileski has Been my surgeon going on 7 years his staff is awesome and he is very hands on. I love his bedside humor and he really listens to his patients and tries to do the best to help their medical issues. I highly recommend him especially for your knees and shoulders. I like Doctors who put their patients needs first instead of treating us like a number. I look forward to my shoulder replacement surgery in two weeks thank you Dr. Update:he should be careful what he says around other patients but I will now give him 4 stars.

Dr. Mileski is an AMAZING doctor. He listened to my concerns patiently and was very thorough. He even looked at my old records and had staff pull my old MRI so he can fully understand the problem with my knees. He was personable and knowledgeable. I have seen multiple orthopedic doctors but I can tell you that I never met any doctor who truly invest time into hearing what patient has to say and her their concerns, His staff was also great and so efficient and friendly. I think I have found my permanent orthopedic doctor for myself :-)

Dr. Mileski was a 2nd opinion on my hyper-extended little finger that had happened months before with swelling and pain continuing long after I was told by another it wasn't broken and would heal in a couple weeks. Dr. Mileski had more x-rays taken and carefully showed me a tiny bone fragment that probably caused the tendon to tear and thus swelling and pain. He went into a thorough explanation spending time doing so. I should have seen him to begin with, but wasn't sure he took care of hand injuries. I wouldn't hesitate to see him with any orthopedic issue in the future.

My visit to Dr. Mileski's office amounted to relief of much of my knee pain, if only temporarily until a permanent solution may be found. He is professional but friendly, easy to talk to and you don't feel rushed even though it is a very busy office. Kudos to the office staff and the doctor for making patients feel welcome!

Dr. Mileski is an impeccable surgeon and his bedside manner is amazing! Dr. Mileski performed bilateral shoulder replacements for my mom 6-7 years ago and also removed a fatty cyst that was causing her arm to fall asleep. His level of care leaves nothing to be desired.
