Payroll Services LLC (PRS) was started in 2006 by accountants that were fed up with poor service that was being provided to their clients from the large national payroll providers. Price hikes bait and switch sales tactics and lousy service is all they saw being provided. Local payroll providers were not able to provide their clients with the range of services the national providers offered.

When I inhale, my payroll specialist, exhales. I cannot say enough about Payroll Services LLC and what it means to our Company. As a small business, we have a lot to manage, but with Payroll Services LLC, they make a lot of our obligations, Payroll which is complicated with commission pays, Workmen's Comp Audits, Employee personal requests etc. (you get the point). They are not your average payroll company. They understand small business, and are wonderful at helping me manage my company. Cannot run my business with Payroll Services LLC. Since starting a small trucking company 2 years ago. I came to Payroll Services after a conversation with my cousin, another small business owner, who could not recommend you all more highly. To my pleasure, I could not be more impressed with the services and resources provided. The customer service (Alison Edwards) could not be more helpful, professional, and a pleasure to speak to on a weekly basis. Wonderful support throughout this past year after payroll processing shifted to them. Always available on the phone whenever a question or new requirement develops. Walk through the interface to SOLVE the problem or ANSWER the question in a polite and supportive manner. Our customer support representative (Michelle B) is awesome.

4U Inspection Services has been using Payroll Services, LLC since 2017 and they have been outstanding to work with. Robin Dunnigan is a magical wizard who is able to explain processes in layman's terms and waves her magic wand to work out my mishaps. We have used Payroll Services for several years now and love them. We used to be with a large payroll company where we were only a number. Payroll Services has all of the benefits of those larger companies but gives us the personal service and attention that we need for our business. Our payroll processor, Michelle, is absolutely wonderful. She pays great attention to detail and responds to us promptly when we need her. I would highly recommend Payroll Services to any business that is looking for a high quality payroll and benefits service provider.
