I went in there today to drop off an Amazon return since I was shopping at Mariano's and this place is in Garden Market. I've lived in Western Springs for over 20+ years and have gone to this place off and on since going to high school at LT. Every single time I go in there the owner has been snippy and/or condescending and today was no exception. Normally you place pre-paid boxes on the table. I know this because last time I tried to give it to him at the register I was severely reprimanded and ordered to place my package there. I was also told I would not be getting a receipt for the package
