I wish I could review the service but this establishment cancelled my appointment without even letting me know
. I called the salon to let them know I was running 5 mins late they told me they cancelled the appointment the day before ( unknown to me) but the lady on the phone instructed me to come anyway. Sat In the salon ( no receptionist) for 5 mins called the number again. The lady once again told me that she had notified the salon I was coming. Then someone popped out and rudely asked what Time I was rescheduling for. WHAT? Why would I drive to the establishment to reschedule. In an industry

Nida did a great job with my lash tint. She was very thorough and careful and I didn't have one ounce of discomfort or burning. She is well trained and knew what things to refer and what not to going forward. I appreciated her candor and professionalism. I will be returning when I need to get it redone.

Terrible customer service. There was no receptionist so I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes before I was even acknowledged. A few of the eyelashes fell out less than 24 hours after the appointment. I got the lashes for a special occasion in a few days and am already concerned now that they will all have fallen off before the event.

Kortney did an amazing job fixing my eyelashes with extensions after an eyelash perm gone bad from someone else! She was a lifesaver in what felt like a crisis situation and I couldn't be happier! She is definitely an expert at her job and I can't wait to go back in to have a full set of lashes put on! I highly recommend Ultimate Lash & Brow!

After my first set of lash extensions, I saw that they had Semi-Permanent Mascara, which I got very excited about because I already have pretty long and thick lashes, but they are very blonde and unnoticeable. Don't let Elizabeth touch your eyebrows with wax ! She thins them out way too much it's insane. They will charge "$35" for a "rebrowshape" but shape it to there preference or "the alignment of the brow" but isn't that what a "reshape" is for? To get it the shape you want it. I think this place maybe better just to go to for eyelash and brow extensions. Unless ud like ur eyebrows looking like rainbows , don't go wax here. Maybe it's just the lady that did it Elizabeth , so by all means maybe there are other people there with better skills but AVIOD ELIZABETH FOR WAXINGS OF THE BROWS.

Story is, I originally got awful brows done in their San Diego office, technician was sweet but skills where not there at all, I walked out of there & 10min later hairs where falling off, shape was horrible, I looked like I had stickers smacked on my forehead! When I went back to Scottsdale office to get problem resolved, since I am originally from AZ, I waited for Tech for 40min, & she still didn't show up by the time I had to leave. I give them a second chance to reschedule and

I have been to ULB three times now and I am so impressed with the service they provide. I was a little concerned since my last fill had fallen out rather quickly but I explained this when I came in and not only did they take the time to understand my concern, they also made it right. Boo was amazing! She let me know that if I ever had any concerns about my lashes or the service to call right away and that they would do what was needed to get it fixed. She took the time to listen to me and walk me through a possible cause. I have been searching for a great lash place in Scottsdale for a while now

Big disappointment. Let me start by saying I have been getting lash extensions since 2009. I really wanted to like this place - it was convenient and promising. Nice interior, clean and professional. My tech was professional and knew what she was doing. With lash extensions, the product used is as important as the application process and unfortunately, the products this company uses are inferior.

I have been coming here for the past six months with decent results. I started last November 11th with a Groupon. I've had lash extensions before, and these were not the best, but not the worst, and all the girls are nice, so I have been coming back for a fill every three weeks on Wednesdays.
The reason I came on Wednesdays is because the salon did a promotion on Wednesdays (called Wacky Wednesday), where you could get a fill of 75 eyelashes per eye for $75. Coming on Wednesdays saved me about $15 per appointment. I'm down with that.

I purchased a groupon for $69 for the Noticeable and edgy lashes which is 75-90 extensions per eye. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out some paperwork. Allison was my tech and she brought me right back after I was finished. We talked about what I was looking for and also gave I her opinion on what she thought would look best for my eye shape and natural lashes. She also gave me so tips on skincare as I was explaining to her that I wanted to get lashes because I have been trying to go completely make up free.

This is my second visit, the first with Erica and this with Allison. On this second visit I mixed up my times, but Erica set me up with a different appointment later in the day and reversed the missed visit charge. Both Erica and Allison gave me excellent service and I have come out looking gorgeous! I am hoping to find a place of the same caliber in Northern California (just vacationing here). My first experience with eyelash extensions has been great!

I had my eyelashes done a few years ago, and loved them. They were a bit too long, but they lasted well over two months and were surprisingly were very low maintenance. The woman who did it just said not to be rough with them, to not use mascara, and to use oil free remover.

I was given a packet of materials, and part of it said to get your lashes done at least a few days before an event. Lucky me, I thought, because I was going about 4 days before leaving

Love this place! I'm new to town and currently acting in a TV series and needed a good reliable place I could turn to for great lashes, and I definitely found it! Nida was fantastic and I've already scheduled my touch up service! Needless to say, I will be returning time and time again because I finally found a great place!! Before buying this lash extension deal I did some research on some others and it was clear just from my research that this place is special. So I bought a Living Social Deal and purchased the "Queen Bee" (150 lashes each eye), I also had my bottom lashes done as well. I went to their new location on Hayden, yes there was some paperwork to fill out. The experience was amazing. Used my groupon today for the mascara look with Japanese synthetic 55 lashes each eye. I usually wear false lashes but I love my first time lash extensions!! Opens up my eyes a lot more and can actually see my lashes now. Not too dramatic great for everyday without makeup too

I found this lash place on Groupon and purchased the Queen Bee look (150 lashes per eye) for $105. This was my second time getting a full set of lashes done and I was not expecting much since my last lash appointment at Beautiful Skin and Nails (see my review) was not great. Man was I in for a great surprise! This place is absolutely AMAZING!!

I purchased a Groupon for $40 for the Mascara look. 55 lashes per eye is just not enough to look good. I still had to put mascara on. So in that respect, it wasn't a good deal or a good first experience. The description was misleading. I definitely recommend getting at least the Petite Look. I then went back and got semi-permanent mascara put on my lower lashes. Again, it was nowhere near what they described. It looked like I put mascara on 2 days ago, slept in it and this was all that was left.
Maybe the third time's the charm? Just got a full Petite set and it looks natural

I can't even put into words how pleased I am with the services UL & B provided!! I had a full set of eyelashes done, as well as the semi-permanent mascara to my lower lashes...and the experience was exponential!!! From the first phone call with Vien, who went way ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate my schedule!!! Then Boosara, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable!!! She did an EXCELLENT job with the application of my lashes, as well as applying the semi-permanent mascara!! My lashes look FABULOUS!!! I had them done before with another salon and was not pleased with their work.

This place can be described with one word.... AMAZING! I'm not one of those people who writes a lot of reviews, but the outstanding quality of the lashes and lash adhesive is incomparable to anything else that I've tried. And the service is simply the best. I have frequented Ultimate Lash &Brow several times now and each visit keeps getting better and better! The mink lash extensions feel so natural even with the most bold look.
