She is committed to continuing her chimney education and is currently working on becoming a Certified Chimney Professional. While Jim has been with Firesafe since 2015, he has been in the industry for over sixteen years.
During that time, he has earned many certifications including becoming a CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep. When he is not at work, he enjoys road trips, fishing, and visiting breweries across the country. Jim is passionate about meeting customers and being able to find solutions for their problems-no matter how challenging!
