Since 2009, Michael has devoted the majority of his practice to representing vulnerable people and their families who have been harmed by abuse or neglect in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and hospitals. Michael is one of a select few lawyers in New Jersey who truly concentrate their practice to this area.
Frank Orbach is a highly experienced trial attorney and a welcome addition to the team at Davis & Brusca, LLC. Frank has successfully tried many cases to verdict and has extensive experience in Nursing Home Neglect & Abuse claims.

Brian Fishman is an experienced litigator who joined Davis & Brusca in 2020. He concentrates his practice to claims for nursing home abuse & neglect, negligence, and wrongful death. Prior to joining the firm, Brian represented large corporate interests in a variety of legal matters at all stages of litigation, including trial.

Michael Brusca is an absolutely fabulous attorney. I trusted him as a person and felt that my case was in good hands. He was very patient, and fought for an outcome that was in my best interest. What seemed to me to be a complicated case finally came to a close with a successful outcome. Mark Davis was diligent, perseverant and focused on my case and he was certainly compassionate and patient with me where and when needed. He is very intelligent and highly knowledgeable of all of the legal facts and nuances that emerged throughout the lengthy case period.
