Services
Nature Coast Real Estate School began serving the educational needs of real estate professionals in 2001. The Business and Financial education course curriculum, combined with the state-required courses, provide a superior education demanded by today's buyers and sellers of real estate. We have four classroom locations in Pasco and Hernando County.
The principles of this course are designed to aid the aspiring real estate sales associate in successfully completing the pre-licensing course, end of course exam and state licensing exam. Contains essential license exam review material for both salespersons and brokers in Florida. Students will find helpful exam prep questions, relevant case studies, invaluable test-taking strategies, practice exams and specific multiple choice questions.
You have decided to take the next step to enhancing your future. And, as you probably already know, a good real estate education is often the only difference between success and failure in our industry. For several years as an Instructor I have helped students with a wide variety of educational backgrounds find their way into the real estate world.
When do I submit my application? The application may be sent in prior to, during or after course completion. Applications, notarization and fingerprint cards are available at our office during regular business hours for a fee. How do I submit my application? You can submit your application by mail or partially online.
Please read our registration policies very carefully. When registering for any course with Nature Coast Real Estate School, you are agreeing to abide by these policies. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the following policies. Payments are refundable, less a $50 cancellation fee, for up to 10 days from date of initial payment or until student attends first class, whichever occurs first.

I paid for the in person class, and received emails at this time discussing the payment & the class. Was told they might not even continue in person classes due to covid. From this point, I've received 0 replies to my numerous emails directly or through the site. I wanted to cancel & get a refund as I am having surgery and won't be able to attend the class. I paid for the online class, but due to lack of communication I didn't start any of it & now just want a refund for that as well. I have been sending emails for a month now with no reply and have spent well over $500. At this point, I'm considering

I just finished (today) my 63 hours pre-license course and I thoroughly enjoyed the 2+ weeks that I spent with my instructor Jeanne Gavish. She made the course interesting with her anecdotal stories of the real estate business and also her advice to us as potential licensee. I wholeheartedly recommend her school and just to say if you follow her instructions there is no reason for you to fail this course. Thank you Jeanne. Now for me, on to the States. By the way I took this course on Zoom.

Jeanne does a great job preparing you for both the end of course exam and the state exam. She relates personal stories to the information she teaches you, helping you to commit the info to memory. She is flexible and has both an online and face to face option. I passed the end of course exam on the first try and I feel prepared for the state exam! If you’re getting your license, JEANNE is the way to go!

I took this course 2 years ago with a different school and failed it with a 69% score. I didn’t understand anything the way that it was taught by the instructor in that school. Needless to say I was very discouraged and thought that real estate wasn’t for me. I recently came across Nature Coast Real Estate School, I researched the school, read all the reviews and I convinced myself to try the course one more time with Nature Coast, and let me tell you it was the best thing that I did. Jeanne Gavish is very knowledgeable and a true Real Estate

Jeanne Gavish is a knowledgeable and experienced FL Real Estate Professional! She is full of experience and I love hearing her stories. Her pre-licensing course is very thorough and not boring. I've taken this course before and failed it because I just could not keep focused with the teacher I had. Jeanne's teaching style made it so much easier to understand and keep up.
