I brought Volvo XC70 with a smashed moonroof to get fixed. It ended up needed a complete rebuild as the motor which pulls the glass back had also failed. After three weeks (pre COVID) they got it back to me. The roof was never flush, and after a month of it making a loud noise whenever I tried to open it, the function failed all together. They were clearly not equipped to handle the rebuild and I wish they had referred me to a more capable shop when this problem came up. When I asked them to fix it, they first ignored my calls for a month then said they could take it appart and put it back together

We had our window shattered during a break in on a rainy Tuesday. Our window replacement was completed by Friday. Jimmy needed to order the glass, but let us drop off the car and keep it in his garage to keep it safe and dry. I dropped off a windowless Suburu with soaked glass covered seats. I picked up a clean dry Suburu with a brand new window 2 days later. The shop is right off the streetcar line, making it accessible, and our new window was extremely affordable.

Jimmy and his team did an awesome job replacing my broken windshield. The not only took care of the recalibration of the Eye Sight cameras that is required by Subaru after windshield replacement, but they also worked with my insurance company so that all I had to pay was my deductible when it was done. The car came back perfect with no marks and all the trim properly put back in place.

Action Auto Glass is AMAZING!! I highly recommend them. I was thankful to get the referral to them after a disaster repair attempt with a chain my insurance uses as "preferred." They ended up with my vehicle all day on my appointment day to not get the job done and not inform until after pick up time. Jimmy was extremely helpful making the process hassle free. If you want to get the job done correctly only go to Action Auto.

Long story short- my car was stolen some months ago - fortunately, was able to get it back but the passenger side window was smashed. So, I found several glass repair shops nearby and after calling a couple places I settled on Action Auto Glass. This shop is reasonably priced (no insurance coverage in my case), with good reviews and they were able to fit me in right away. Just as promised- my window was replaced without any hassles, work was done quickly and they even vacuumed out all the glass! I had my rear window busted out on my FJ Cruiser. I was unable to bring it to the shop due to kids/pandemic and they could not fix on site. These guys went out of their way to come and pick up my vehicle, repair the window, and return to my home. That is how you get return business. I hope someone smashes my window again just so I can repeat business with these guys. That is service.

My car was broken into last night and my front passenger window was shattered despite being the "more secure" (aka more expensive) window option. After a debacle with the dealership, my insurance company found Action Auto Glass and Jimmie got me in immediately. I had a back windshield wire in my 2013 Mustang that had been broken for sometime back defrost wasn't working. I was worried about the cost called this business made an appointment on Nov. 18. When Bill answered I mentioned my dilemma he put me on a brief hold came back on line he stated (bring er on in). When I arrived they were very busy. Jimmy at front desk very friendly stated he'd call me in about an hour. Referred me to the coffee shop (Cellar Door Coffee Roasters yummy coffee and pumpkin bread)just up the street where I could wait. In a little less than an hour I received the call

I sat here for 2-plus hours as there were no real nearby places to walk to and I didn't not have a ride that day. I suppose I could have taken an Uber/Lyft to go somewhere but I wasn't really in the mood to spend more money after finding out the total bill that I had to spend to get a OEM windshield for my car. Nonetheless, the job was done properly and the new windshield looks nice. My main concern was that the associated electronics would be affected during the replacement. They seem fine. Just wished they had a nicer waiting area.

Jimmy was amazing! We had our truck window smashed at the Bonneville Fish Hatchery. I called numerous auto glass repair shops and the quickest someone could help was 3-4 days later. Do not go here. Terrible customer service. I waited for 2 hrs for these ppl to arrive at my house as set up by my insurance. Changed my whole day to accommodate their arrival and have a garage available. 10 till 10 i call them and then thru suddenly tell me my out of pocket is almost 400 bucks for a tiny flat jeep wrangler windshield....and I'm asking why it's so much knowing i could get it elsewhere cheaper than that vs putting a claim out. He says " ok you just go ahead and do that" and hung up on me. Wow. Very rude, unprofessional, Ann's not through at all. Still never

After calling Safelite Auto Glass and getting a ridiculous quote I was searching and found Action Auto Glass and I'm glad I did. I called and spoke with Jimmy and he gave me a quote to fix the rock chip in my windshield and it was a great reasonable price. He said I didn't need an appointment just to call one hour before I wanted to come in. I went in this morning and he fixed the rock chip quickly and I am more than pleased with the repair. I was ready to pay my bill and he told me "no charge". Great customer service too!

This is the second time I have used Action Auto Glass in the Portland area (503-230-1600). My first experience with them two years ago was outstanding I used them again to replace the windshield on my Chevrolet C7 Corvette. We Corvette people are well known for being very picky when it comes to having our cars worked on.
