Since I dont know how to delete a review I am following up after making my 3rd call today and was able to talk to Rick one of the owners. I realize these days things are busy and hectic especially during camping season. I am completely understanding of that. However that has nothing to do with a polite and friendly person representing someones business. I do not want to impact this business in a negative way but do want to say the service I received on the phone from Eileen was less than polite and friendly. After talking directly with the owner we were able to find a time. Sounds like

I had a really awful experience with this shop, though everyone except the owner was very helpful and very polite.
I had my windshield replaced (mobile repair) in September 2019. This shop used a low quality Chinese windshield and did $1200 worth of damage to my windshield channel in the process. After receiving a quote from a trusted shop, the owner tried to pressure me into having my car repaired at a lower cost elsewhere. I told the owner I would simply contact my insurance company instead, at which point the owner let me know he would be calling his lawyer.
I got my car repaired where I wanted

Fast response, friendly installer. Quick to come out to the house and get the rear window installed after the last ice storm smashed it out. He cleaned up the broken glass, leaving everything as good as new.

I may not love having a cracked windshield, but I do love United Auto Glass! Today was my second time using their services. The first time they came to my home in OC, and the second time was at my workplace in Clackamas. Both times I called, I got the most friendly, hilarious man, who really helped make light of an otherwise frustrating situation (the damage shown below is courtesy of a red light runner who kicked a rock up on the freeway). The work itself was preformed within the estimated time frame & was completed with professionalism. Paying my invoice over the phone was a breeze. In summary

Same day service at my home. They even price matched another local glass shop saving me $40 and a 27 mile drive.
Installer was professional and very nice. Windshield looks great!

Cannot day how impressed I was with my auto glass service today. Technician fixed my window issue and did an awesome job. If you are considering them, please hire them. Excellent company!

I called and spoke with Eileen she gave great advise on what i needed done after insurance and Safelite did nothing to help me she quickly got me very great pricing and got the appointment set up the next day. Will the tech arrived early was done in 45 mins and my car had a new windshield! I highly recommend them use these guys over safelite!!!

My goodness! I can't recommend these guys higher!
I needed a window replaced in my motorhome, I contacted at least 6 auto glass vendors that were recommended by yelp-got back 5 answers that they don't provide rv services.
United said let us come out and give you a quote! What? I don't have to bring it in to you?
They came out, took the window out, secured it and 2 weeks later brought out a beautiful replacement - all without having to move the motorhome! The service tech was prompt, professional, friendly & handsome.
I would use them again and again!

Horrible driver!!!! One of the United Auto Glass Vans just rear ended me today on sandy blvd around 3pm. It wasn't too much damage but it would have been nice if he pulled over too the side as well to see if I'm ok. Lucky for you I won't report a hit and run but if you guys do your business in that kind of matter, I would never want to get glass from your place! By the way I'm ok and for the future, if you hit someone please pull over and check on them!

Ok it's great! Driving on 280 my pretty little Lexus front windshield got a nasty crack. After talking to several glass companies and reading lots of Yelp reviews, I hired United Auto Glass to install it. Excellent job, I'm very pleased. BIG Thank you! Los Altos Gal

Very quick and professional!! I called on Friday at 2:50pm and they showed up and were done by 3:25pm!! Very reasonably priced. A little less than the competition around here. I am a truck driver and was at Jubitz Truck Stop. I will definitely call them again when I need a windshield in the Portland area!

Lupe was on time and done within the time "window" for him to arrive.
Very professional service from the first contact with Irene, follow up from Ron and Lupe did an excellent job replacing our windshield.
I will definitely be calling them for any future glass issues.

I had a great experience with United Auto Glass! Started with getting a quote from Safelite to replace my windshield after a rock left a hefty baseball sized crack. Safelite quoted $500 that included a mobile fee. I called United Auto Glass in Canby, they quoted $235 plus $75 for a seal and they NO mobile fee. Great customer service, fast, friendly and I highly recommend United Auto Glass!!!

We use United for our glass exclusively at our dealership. They have always provided us with EXCELLENT service. The quality of their work is top notch and they are great people to do business with. Highly recommended!

This was the best experience I've had with any type of auto service, ever. I had a couple of rock chips that I needed repaired, and I was dreading dealing with the issue because my previous experience with auto window repair (in another state) was not good at all. I called around and ended up picking United mostly because they were friendly and helpful over the phone. I brought my car to their shop, and since I had my two small children with me, they completed the work as quickly as they could. In the end, though the chips were effectively repaired, they didn't charge me because some small cracks

So easy with and without insurance (mine was cheaper without using my insurance) great prices. I did 2 cars and they came within a week. Amazing service! Have VIN when calling.

Great and friendly service. Good quality. They were able to replace the windshield on a rental car I had in a timely manner and for much lower than what the rental place was going to charge. I will definitely continue to use these guys going forward.

Excellent customer service and they did an excellent job replacing a rear window in our subaru. We called around several places and we're but figured to make one more call and we are glad we did. Before we knew the price we were already sold with the customer service the nice lady showed us. They came within the promised timeframe and cleaned up all the shattered glass. They did not leave a mess in our garage and the window looks fantastic. Thank you everyone at United auto glass.

This company is AMAZING! I had a crack in my window and they came out same day and fixed it. I have used them 3 times now and had nothing but great experiences with the whole team! Definitely recommend!!

Great experience! Just had my husbands glass replaced on the back of his truck through United and we had a great result. We were referred to them by a friend and we went through our insurance, they took care of everything for us. I feel great about supporting a local business especially one that is so professional. Highly recommended.

I was able to talk to the owner of this Local Oregon City business which unfortunately had to move to Clackamas after their home Oregon City Location suffered a three alarm fire. I seek businesses that are local and family owned. United Auto Glass is the reason that I do. I received amazing service. Very quick, and very friendly. The owner was unbelievably friendly. I wanted to sit down for Thanksgiving dinner with him, that is how friendly and personable he was.

I highly recommend these guys!
They just replaced my windshield on my ford flex and after warning me that the side panels almost always break or at least crack I gave them the go ahead. I told Kyle that I had faith in his expertise and he didn't let me down. He was able to replace the windshield and put back the side panels without one single scratch!!
He was even nice enough to answer the million questions my 4 year old twins had for him.

These guys are great, I had them replace the door window on my GTI with OEM product after initially getting the run around from Safelite. They did a great job and went the extra mile to do it right. This is the only place to go. It's a family run business, not a chain and they do excellent work.

I just called them for another windshield. Not only are they 69.00 less than the other guys but they are a small local company that does great work. I really don't see any reason to go anywhere else.
