Contacted Evolution leak detection for assistance with a leak I've been having for quite some time. Dakota was very knowledgeable without having visited the pool on what the issue could be. Dealing with some excess water loss issues with our pool I determined we had a leak/s in the pool after running a bucket test for a few days and needed to call someone. I found Dakota at Evolution Leak Detection via a Google search, and decided to contact them as they had great reviews. Called Dakota with Evolution Leak Detection when I suspected a leak in our pool. He asked all the necessary questions to help determine where the leak may be. After the winter freeze, i found my filter and several valves completely destroyed, leaving my pool dead in the water. I called Dakota with Evolution Leak Detection and he got my parts on order right away.
I had a miscommunication on my side and was very short with Dakota, simply because I misunderstood the parts situation because of the freeze. Despite my attitude, Dakota was determined to work with me and turn a negative into a positive. He clarified
