We have a 1920s four square with no other insulation in the house. Our 3rd floor was unusable in the summer because it was so hot, and even window units couldn't keep it comfortable. So we had Philo spray foam the attic and it's been an enormous improvement. I've learned to have low expectations for contractor communication, but Philo was prompt and clear. They did a great job, and left the space very clean. I only wish we had done it 8 years ago when we bought the house.

Product looks great and the installer did a wonderful job.
I was very unhappy with the process of setting this up... and they cost me money.
We had arranged for the time and date of the install, I have a construction crew that I’m paying hourly for this entire project so timing is very important.
When the time arrived and Philo was a “no show” my wife called and was told we were supposed to get a message changing the time.
Ok, they failed to send that message and now I’m paying a crew to sweep floors and play cards?
My wife asked for a discount, and was promptly told if we didn’t
