Girlfriend had issues with her phone this morning where it didn’t want to work anymore. Did a walk in at The Phone Box to see if we could get it working again. The guy fixed it on the spot also was nice enough not to charge us. Gave us advice on how to prevent the issue from happening again. Really great experience!

Replaced my cracked android phone screen quickly and at a better price than others quoted. The part was not in stock but when I mentioned on the phone I was headed over, he had already gone to retrieve the part. They were very helpful and provided good communication and customer service. I found out they sell refurbished phones so maybe my next phone will come from them.

My daughter got water in her iphone from the water park and they did an awesome job repairing her phone. They told me before hand the best and worse case scenarios with the prices then opened the phone and showed me exactly where the water was and what they recommended to prevent further damage. Customer service was excellent and the prices were great. I highly recommend you talk to them if you need any type of phone repair, ipad or game console as well. They will go above and beyond to get your device back normal as quickly as possible, Excellent place!

I like to own my phone and not pay monthly through a carrier. I was ready to upgrade my iPhone 5s and had been looking all over the Dallas area. Facebook, 5Miles, you name it. I finally found The Phone Box and was impressed with the service right from the start. The guy that helped me was very kind and patient. He negotiated with me on the price and I walked out owning a 6, Gorilla case and tempered screen protector all under $30 of what I wanted to spend. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a used phone or have your phone worked on. Top notch service!

Got my iPhone screen repaired from here, the phone was repaired quickly and professionally done.
The repair prices were reasonable and the store clerk was very knowledgeable about other issues I was having with the phone and was able to repair that as well.
I bought a tempered glass screen protector and overall the total cost was a lot less than what I would have paid at an Apple store.
Store looks pretty futuristic too! Highly recommend to anyone in the area if they need a phone repair, cases or even a car phone.
