Shop at the TOP! Tramway Market located on top of Kingsbury Grade at 235 Tramway Drive, is the only place you can get your day to day necessities without going down the hill. We carry such items as groceries, snacks, novelty items and yes we sell beer, liquor and wine. Do you need a few things for breakfast a cup of coffee or a good cheap drink after a day on the slopes?
Maybe you need a quart of oil or transmission fluid to make it off the hill? Chances are if you need it, we probably have it. Give us a ring to find out at 775.588.4969 to find out if we do before you come by.

This is a cool friendly market way up on Kingsbury grade heading towards the high end of Heavenly. Well stocked with basic amenities!! Prices aren't bad for the location. The bags of potato chips are blown up due the altitude. They look like balloons! They actually count your change back to you without putting in the amount tendered!!

If you're able to stay in Tahoe Village for a long duration, you can thank Tramway and Fox & Hound for being the only convenient suppliers on the mountain.
I'd give 5 stars if there were more variety of fruits, vegetables, and breads. But the selection is pretty good considering the market is at 7,500 ft elevation.

We've stopped in this market on several occasions. It's very convenient if youre staying at the Ridge at Tahoe or the Wyndam/WorldMark timeshares. Although it's not walking distance from The Ridge, we did enjoy our walk from the timeshare units.
The prices are reasonable and the service was friendly. We bought snacks for the room and some frozen treats. They also sell clothing, gift items, and non-frozen foods, such as loaves of sourdough bread. Yum!
The best thing about the store is that they were open on 4th of July this year. We were in town for a wedding and stopped in here
