My name is Jeremy Ann Anderson. My husband and I moved to Truckee in 2000, after falling in love with these mountains. We are raising our two daughters here, and spend as much time as possible enjoying what these mountains have to offer - skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, kayaking, rafting, SUPing, hiking, backpacking, and exploring.
We have been in the service industry for 25+ years. I spent many years tending bar at Northstar. My husband is the Executive Chef at Squaw/Alpine and has executed hundreds of destination weddings and corporate events of upwards of 400 people. We owned and managed a fine dining restaurant in Colorado for years.

Services
Our rates are $50 per hour for all our services*, plus a 18% service fee on all items purchased. We only charge for time that we are actively fulfilling your requests. We promise to provide exceptional personal service as well as provide the privacy you deserve. Arrange delivery day and time and either plan to meet us there or provide access so we can put your groceries away.
Rachel is amazing! My vacation in Tahoe would not have been the same without her. From our arrival groceries to the decorations and the advice she gave us on local things to do, her help was priceless! Tahoe Fresh helped our vacation run smooth and it was a true vacation even for the moms in the group!

Tahoe Private Chef-Josh, came to our Truckee home December 29, during COVID-19 to celebrate my birthday. It was one of the best birthday celebrations I’ve ever had.
Josh served my family of 6 plus 3 close friends.
We started us with delicious oysters w/shaved truffle. Went on to have the freshest sushi any of us have ever eaten. Yellow tail - scallops - tuna and so much more.
All dishes were served beautifully, meticulous presentations.
We will always use Tahoe Private Chef.

Josh's sushi is amazing! We initially met him at a private catered event (an 80s costume party) in Old Greenwood in Truckee. Josh and his staff were professional, an overall joy to spend the evening with, and we all had some of the best sushi we've ever had. We will definitely be enjoying his Sushi again and again! 5 STARS!

Amazing!! Josh and his team are the best private chef experiences I’ve ever had. The sushi is so dang good and he has a delicious surprise at the end of the meal. It’s a crowd pleaser for sure. Everything is so fresh, creative and authentic. You can taste the passion. Also, Josh’s personality is so genuine, warm, inviting, and relaxed. And his assistants have always been attentive, friendly, and professional. You can’t go wrong with this Tahoe Private Chef. Amazing sushi with fantastic personalities and service. Stellar! Josh is a master at his craft, sourcing the highest quality fish to create mouth watering dishes. Also, his crab miso soup is one of the best I have ever tasted (and I've been to Japan multiple times). We have hired him for parties and it is always the special touch that makes the evening extra special. HIRE HIM!

Called me day of and cancelled with an unprofessional attitude for high profile client. Said she wasn't going shopping at WholeFoods and risking her health for whatever brand they want; and in a complete turnabout she threw in she was not going to do the clients laundry as she doesn't typically do cleaning when we had agreed a week and half prior that that was service she was willing to provide. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Big chip on her shoulder!

I don't have much to add to the wonderful reviews that have already been left. We arrived for the Christmas holidays to a rental house stocked with all the food and pies that we had requested. Rachel also provided chocolate chip cookie dough in a log for easy slicing and baking. Yummy! Rachel was easy to work with, professional, and honest. Shopping at the holidays is never easy, especially after a long drive. I was thrilled to find Tahoe Fresh. I highly recommend this service.

What an AMAZING service. I highly, highly recommend Tahoe Fresh. I was in Truckee for a girls weekend and it was so nice to have the house rental stocked with all the necessary supplies when we arrived. We had also requested appetizers for our arrival and make sure you ask for cream cheese curry mango dip....so yummy and beautiful presentation of food. Tahoe Fresh will be a regular service I use from now on when visiting Tahoe.

I could not recommend Rachel more highly as an individual and a professional with Tahoe Fresh. She is honest, hardworking, sincere, and fun to be around. She has helped us in the capacity as a concierge on and off for the past 5 years, and has always proven to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
