RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!!
NO good customer service!!
Salesman Dan accused me of lying because I would not discuss my business with another company.
When I called back to politely tell him I prefer to not get a quote, he said “ I already decided I don’t want to do business with you anyway.”
CAN YOU IMAGINE??!!
There are plenty of reputable awning companies out there. No need to do business with AMERICAN AWNING when they lack social graces and respect.
