Services
In person at the pharmacy in our dedicated and private consultation room (we schedule appointments at low traffic times at the pharmacy). 4. Greta reviews all the collected information and formulates a written ACTION PLAN based on your stated goals and your active issues. 5. Schedule a 1/2 hour follow-up appointment with Greta to go over your personalized ACTION PLAN.
CMM is a critical review of a patient's health and medication profile to help identify duplications, omissions, interactions, side effects and other opportunities for optimizing and improving treatments. This comprehensive service includes an hour-long interview and a 30-minute follow up session to go over a report of findings and recommendations.
Mr and Mrs Smith are happy living at home but as they have gotten older, it has gotten progressively more challenging. Mr Smith takes care of Mrs Smith who has heart failure and takes 8 different medications throughout the day. Lately it has gotten harder for Mr. Smith to organize the medications for his wife and he needs some help.
They will also explain all side effects and will answer any questions that you may have. Please allow extra time for this process. Allow the pharmacy staff to stagger other tasks so they can give you prompt attention when you arrive. Please plan to remain in the pharmacy for 15 minutes post-vaccine so that we may observe you for possible reactions.
Please make sure we have your current address, telephone number, and payment method on file to ensure that the delivery is made correctly and without any delay. When requested, we will provide you an approximate window of time during which your delivery will be made, and we will do our best to honor it, road and traffic conditions allowing.

An amazing family-owned pharmacy. Greta and Ross are always so helpful, accommodating, and kind. I am happy to support this small business where I receive personalized service from people who care. Their prices are very fair, even without insurance. You also don't have to wait an obnoxiously long time to receive your medication and if they don't have something in stock, they will have it ordered and ready for pick up in no time. I highly recommend coming to this pharmacy instead of the chains.

This is a wonderful, family owned small business pharmacy. Greta and her team are super nice, helpful, and accessible. Please support them--they have all the bells and whistles of a larger pharmacy but with the benefits of a personalized approach you can only get from a small business. At a time when COVID test appointments are hard to find, Courtyard Pharmacy gets you in and out with easy appointments. I highly recommend Greta and her team.

Such a refreshing experience to have a neighborhood pharmacy in Calabasas! Gone are the days of long pharmacy lines at impersonal box drug stores. Greta and her husband, Ross are absolutely delightful. When you call, you get a live person. Greta called my doctor and then called me back immediately to let me know the status of my prescription. They genuinely care about the health of their customers! I highly recommend Courtyard Pharmacy. Thank you, Greta and Ross for bringing a “community” pharmacy to us!
