Kramer's Pharmacy
Herman Kramer opened his first pharmacy in the Burbank and North Hollywood area in 1963. After years of working long hours Herman retired to enjoy more time with his family. Retirement didn't last long as a friend of Kramer's invited him to look at a medical building he recently constructed in the beautiful city of Agoura Hills.

Kramer quickly fell in love with the area and saw that it lacked a family-run pharmacy where your needs were put first and high-quality service was a priority. Kramer's Pharmacy opened its doors in May of 1981 and over the years has stayed committed to families with Kramer's son, Andy, taking over the business in 2000.

This pharmacy always has what I need. During the pandemic, I couldn't find rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide anywhere. Kramers had them both! As soon as I walk in I am greeted with friendly faces and they are always quick to help me find what I need which is never the case I find with the larger pharmacies who can barely bother to look at you sometimes. Happy to support this small-town business!

Kramer’s pharmacy is one of the very few places where we have found Covid tests available in a consistent and reliable manner. Go to CVS and they have nothing. Go to Walgreens and nothing.
When we needed to see if our family was infected, we went to Kramer’s and were able to get the home tests. The packages were factory sealed and a very recognizable and reputable brand (Abbott). At $20 a test (two to a box so $40), we found that to be more than reasonable.
When it comes to so many things COVID-related, it’s the Wild West out there. Thank goodness for a pharmacy family that cares.

I have gone in multiple times to buy covid test kits. Yes I understand that they are priced higher that you can buy on Amazon or another pharmacy.
However everywhere else is sold out.
This business owner has made an extra effort to supply the community with needed tests…at a significant expense to the pharmacy if you add shipping and extra employees on the clock to sell them.
Want to complain about the cost of the test kit? Nobody is forcing you to purchase them here!
I for one, appreciate the fact that they are available here. Thank you Kramers!

Went there for a rapid COVID test kit. They separated test kit 2 packs into single tests and are reselling them for $45 a test. Disgusting place and I’ll never visit them again.

Disgusting! They actually open boxes home covid test and sold individually for $45. Who does this during a crisis. I will never come back here again

Kramers Pharmacy did an excellent job for me! They helped me what should I get instead on the prescription since it was not available at that moment. They were kind enough to do some changes :) Great job!

I used to go to Costco pharmacy but it was always a trying experience with parking, long lines, and even longer wait times. Additionally, they were very inconsistent in their policies and many times were out of stock on my meds. Being that my scrips were sent over in advance they could and should have called to let me know when meds were unavailable. All complaints to pharmacy manager fell on deaf ears. KRAMER’S has plenty of parking, they’re friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the wait is never more than 10 mins, the average being about 5. Also, their prices are competitive. I’m so

They always make mistakes with my prescriptions at this pharmacy and even confuse me often for a patient with the same name. The straw that broke the camel's back was when my doctor wrote me a prescription for 10 units. Kramer's would only give me 2 units at a time and were charging me $35 for 2 units. I'd have to make 5 trips over 12 weeks and pay $175 for all 10 units. I called up yesterday to ask the cash price for the 10 units at once and they gave me the run around on the phone for over 5 minutes, finally told me $165. I've bought this medication elsewhere and know $165 isn't the right price

Excellent fast friendly service. They are always happy to see everyone that comes in. There is a comfortable family feeling though out the store and between the employees. The people working there have been there for many years which is always a good sign. I wish more companies treated their employees and customers as well as Kramers does. They are always available to give excellent advice on the uses and side effects of the medicines. Nice gift and medical supply items. I highly recommend them. They are also located right inside a popular local medical building.
The wait for my orders has never

This place is great. I've been going here every month for a little over 3 years now, and I've never waited longer than 10-15 mins. Staff is always friendly. Never feel like I'm being judged. I really didn't realize how much I disliked getting my prescriptions filled at cvs and costco until I started going here.
