The palliative care services at Henderson Nursing & Rehabilitation offers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary care program for patients with advanced illnesses.
Each month, Henderson Nursing & Rehabilitation provides a Chef's Selection Dinner, which showcases gourmet cuisine from around the world. Our team is specially trained to create a meal each month that focuses on a specific region or theme. This special evening gives our residents the feeling of a night out at a five-star restaurant.
Ms. Gwendylyn S. was admitted to Henderson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for: Weakness and Confusion. This is her second short term stay at Henderson Nursing and Rehabilitation and as you can tell by the picture loves her nurse and CNA! Returned to: Home after only 15 short days and can once again enjoy spending time with grandchildren and family.

I've worked at nursing homes before, many are not what they claim to be. I wouldn't feel comfortable putting a loved one I many nursing homes but this one I definitely would. The staff is beyond friendly and trust me when I say the residents will NEVER go without. The administration will see to that and use their own funds if need be. Words from the head administrator herself "It's their home. I just happen to work in their home and care for their medical needs". The residents are her top priority. All in all, a wonderful facility.
