They have a few really great aides and nurses that's it the rest are strung out on drugs and popping pills and whatever else they can get their hands on while on duty. The management is a joke they could care less about the residents and their needs or wants all they care about is money and making sure things are swept under the rug. Restorative aides don't do their jobs and the residents slowly decline because of it and residents are scared to say anything to anyone because as they put it we have to live here and I don't want to be miserable so I just keep my mouth shut unless you have family

This was a wonderful home for our Mom when she moved in about 2 years ago. But, the facility was sold to another company. In the last few months there have been significant changes, none of which have been for the better!
The two most important factors to our Mom's satisfaction are good, consistent aids. People she recognizes and feels she can depend upon. And the quality of the food.
The turn-over in personnel has been tumultuous! I rarely see any of the aids stay for more than a month or two. These are the most important people for our Mom. They are the face of University Nursing and Rehab
