I've been in twice in the last month. The ladies there are so kind and funny! They actually listen to what you want, give you their honest opinions and don't make you feel bad if something is out of your price range. However the prices are the same there as many other local big chain retailers. They are now my go to shop for work shoes and rain boots.

Critical: Responsiveness
I wanted to work with this company, but unfortunately have been unable to get in contact, no response to my emails. Wish I could leave a review with no rating, as not to lower their scores, however their lack of response has lost us time in the project we are planning and others may have the same experience.
