I highly recommend this company for label making. They have a fast turn around time, are attentive, patient, and have great customer service. They managed to accommodate me on such short notice and offered great suggestions for my labels, because I had no idea what I was doing or how a label should look. We needed a custom label in a hurry that had an intricate drawing on it and was only 1.5 inches square. It was for a handmade lady's hat called a "fascinator." So we wanted it stitched in satin. Tamer from Xpresa Labels was spot on the job and did a great job in a short period of time to meet our urgent deadline. He was very efficient, polite, and sensitive to our needs. The price was right. We will use him again in the future.

This place is amazing!! We just got our first order and the product was perfect. I was even more blown away with the customer service. Our order was relatively small but they treated us like it was a huge order. The customer service was top notched. Xpresa Labels completely RUINED my order, causing me to delay my project, which lead to my project being delivered late to my customer.
I did a reorder of labels with Tamer, and we agreed on the quantity, price, and SIZE of the labels. When I received my labels, they were completely the WRONG SIZE. Tamer actually printed and mailed my labels knowing they were the wrong size! I immediately contacted him via email and phone, explaining the problem. He did not seem interested in fixing the problem in a quick manner. I asked him politely several times to call me so we could resolve the matter quickly
