I had breaks done on my truck, afterwards I noticed damage to my rims from outside from tech removing lug nuts, also a nice size scratch on inside which I can only assume is from tire machine when checking tire. They did send rim out for repair which took about 3 weeks (was told 3 to 4 days, a week tops). Finally got rim back after having to call daily to find out status, and the rim still has marks on inside ( repair guy said it probably happened in transit, as it was in back of his pickup on some floor jacks) 3 of SOS techs stood there while I was asking repair guy about it and said nothing even

When calling to see if they could do an alignment for my husband's truck due to certain requirements it has Zack was helpful and set me up an appointment and when I left the truck before they opened Joe called me per my request they call before starting work and gave me an estimated time for completion and it was ready right about that time. Very professional and friendly. I will be doing business with them again and I will recommend them highly!!

They didn't have enough guts to actually tell me it was too late to start working on it after they made the appointment for 4 pm. I got there at 4:14 after letting them know I'd be a little late. They took my keys then I waited in the waiting room. They wouldn't do my alignment because the window wouldn't roll down and my door handle needed fixed. That same day after they were done it was getting fixed. Anyway, it has nothing to do with the alignment. I know how it works. I made a appt two days in advance for first thing in the morning on the day for repairs to be done. The appt was scheduled by Sam showed up to drop off my vehicle and was told by Sam that I was scheduled for the day before. I told him that wasn't correct and that he had made the appt for that morning. They toke the vehicle in at 07:45. I called at 11:30 was put on hold then. Then Tony tells me my vehicle wasn't read because I had been scheduled for the day before told him that was incorrect. These guys are not kidding when they say they make it easy! They are so competent. They found the problem with my brakes and had me squeek- free in no time. I had my brakes serviced at a large dealership in town and had to return 4 times as they just could not seem to figure out why my brakes were making such a horrendous noise after they had replaced my brake pads. The 4th and final time I was told they did not know what to do for me. I called Sam at SOS and he was able to find the problem, fix it correctly, change my oil, and deliver my vehicle back to my job, all in a day's work with
