A life-long resident of the Frisco/Prosper area of Collin County, Gary joined Dave R. Williams Homes in 2004 as a Construction Manager.

Since 1981, Gary has managed residential construction projects of all scopes and sizes and was awarded the Town of Prosper's Construction Manager of the Year in 2013 and 2006.

We just had our dream home built by Dave R. Williams Homes. We were referred by a friend who suggested we inquire if they would be a good fit for us. These people are building a house behind my home in the Estates at Craig Ranch West. In the past two weeks one of their subcontractors has damaged my fence, not once but twice. The first time they bent one of… my rod iron panels almost a foot, when they hit it with one of their machines. I talked to their fence subcontractor and he promised to fix it but that conversation was over a week ago and it is still not fixed.
This morning I brought my dog out to play in my yard and I found another damaged section with three of the rod iron pieces bent and two of them torn off the fence on the bottom
