Hearthstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 101-bed non-profit skilled nursing facility that has been providing quality care to the residents of Allegany County, and surrounding communities, since 1969. Located at 901 Seton Drive in Cumberland, Maryland, the facility is conveniently located and easily accessible by public transportation.
We focus on short-term rehabilitation in order to send our residents home, providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy interventions seven days a week. Our trained professional staff provide 24 hour skilled nursing services, including peritoneal dialysis, IV therapy and pain management. Additionally, we provide transportation to chemo-dialysis appointments.

In addition to the numerous nursing services that Hearthstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides for our residents, trained therapists from Foundation Rehabilitation also provide rehabilitation services. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Restorative Therapy programs are available to residents seven days a week, and are individualized to meet each resident's needs.
The vision of Hearthstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is to create a comfortable, home- like environment for our residents where their values and beliefs are respected. In addition to our vision, our Nursing Department has three goals that direct our daily efforts. Providing holistic care that meets the needs of our residents by focusing on healing the whole person through body, mind, emotion, spirit, and environment.

We are currently recruiting GNAs for full time or part time 3-11pm and 11-7am shifts. We offer an excellent salary and benefit package. Do not recommend. When my grandma passed away not only did they lose her glasses. But they never called to let my father know. The funeral home called and said I have your mom. They said they didn’t have his number although the nurses had been giving them updates on her condition . Even the day before they called
