Services
Julie has over 20 years of event planning experience. She has coordinated private events such as festive birthday parties, unique dinner events and milestone anniversary celebrations, as well as non-profit fundraisers and corporate events for a variety of industries including construction, hospitality, medical devices, technology and nutraceuticals.
Our event planning services start with taking the time to understand what you really want. We will connect you with the right vendors, and together we will plan an event to remember. Julie is exceptional. She planned and executed our inaugural wine tasting event seamlessly. She worked well with everyone from vendors, to hotel staff, to our Board of directors and guests. Julie is amazing! I gave her a vision of what I wanted for my party and she put all the details together perfectly. She even thought of things that I didn't, and everything came together so well. Julie, at Rise 2 The Occasion, has been heaven sent. We hired her to be our daughters wedding coordinator. She has eased all of our stress levels. She and my daughter are working well together. I love that they can discuss what they've come up with and I never have to feel like I'm "pushing" my own ideas on to my daughter. And they're ahead of schedule!

Julie was professional every step of the way. Her leadership and organizational skills were second to none. She negotiated and booked the vendors and recorded all contracts.
