When I stated to plan my wedding I felt very confident doing it largely on my own, but I found my mom was incredibly overwhelmed. I wanted to find a wedding planner to join our team that would help my mom feel confident in all the big (and little) decisions we had to make. Pat of Z Perfect Party......Where to start. I ll start with be so very grateful that I had Pat as my wedding planner. I am a retired interior designer, detail oriented, a bit type A, I really didn't think I needed a wedding planner, silly me. I could not have done it without her and that is an understatement.

I wanted to do something special for my wife's birthday, but really had no clue on what or how to do. After a while of head banging I reached out to Pat. The way that she stepped in, reassuring, resourceful, in short AMAZING. She did so much in such a short period of time, I was just amazed. More importantly, our guest were just floored as was my wife. I would recommend Pat to anyone looking to do a party right, she is awesome.

I couldn't recommend Pat more for all your wedding planning needs! She has so much attention to detail and was able to take our vision and run with it. We had somewhat complicated decor plans, but she put it all together and made the day/night run seamlessly. She had excellent advice every step of the way, and is very organized and responsive. I hired Pat to help me plan my Dad's 90th birthday party. My family is very Italian so we wanted to keep with that theme. She arranged to have delicious food from Fratelli's Italian restaurant, ordered the tables and chairs but most specifically found an Italian bakery where they prepared 275 Italian desserts in addition to the fabulous birthday cake. Honestly, the desserts were just too pretty to eat but they were also delicious.
I told her what I had in mind and everything was taken care of.

Thanks to Pat Lestos owner of Zperfect Party, our Disney themed Bat Mitzvah Celebration is the Talk of the Town! Every table centerpiece and table setting had an individual Disney theme that was perfect down to the detail. Disney expert assistant Laura he hand crafted our napkin rings and table cards and many of the centerpieces. Sherry, the florist they work with added even more fabulous details.They were so supportive throughout our planning experience even last minute changes to our 200 place cards. Also handled same day crisis that I did not have to including ants! I have had 3 other friends

Pat and her team are amazing! She perfectly executed the theme my daughter was hoping for! She is resourceful, creative and very professional. Every vendor she suggested was also a pleasure to work with. She stayed in close contact with us during the whole planning process. My wedding was in my backyard and that can get very stressful, but Pat Letsos at Zperfect Party made is essentially STRESS-FREE. Pat selected and coordinated the flowers, the photographer and the caterer. The entire team was exemplary and we could not have been happier or more relaxed throughout the wedding celebrations. I would not consider doing an event like this without her help. Professions and full of great ideas that don't cost too much, Pat is also personable and caring.
