I researched different laser studios in nyc for months and finally decided on Light Touch Laser Spa. I am blonde and have fair skin (although have some darker hair in areas) - Lital was very honest about what results I should expect and the whole process. Customer service is great, the owner is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable, everyone who worked with me was extremely polite and made me feel comfortable. However, the results were underwhelming for me. I never used to shave, only epilated my legs. So, my hair wouldn't normally be that coarse. After the laser, yes, I had less hair but not meeting the expectations. Epilation is free and produces a very similar result if you stick with it for a long period of time. A few years ago, I saw Lital in NYC for some broken capillary removal around my nose. She was very sweet and welcoming, and the office was clean. However, once she got going, U started becoming nervous. She spent too much time on one side of my nose. While I expected some blistering after the procedure was done, this was bad. I went to Lital to get a fibroblast treatment on my eyelids due to droopiness. I have to say, I absolutely love her! She is lovely, kind, smart, and really knows her stuff. My experience was great! I followed her every order so that I could get faster results and after my 5th session(out of seven) I didn’t see any hair at all. Lital is the best and when she treats you she goes above and beyond to make sure all those hairs are gone. Lital is amazing. I had laser hair removal treatments years ago, prior to Lital and it wasn't great. Her treatments are great, the results were so good I hadn't been back for 5 years! Laser does pinch but its bearable for the results and convenience. She is so sweet and makes you feel very comfortable, and is super quick so its easy to get through. I had a terrible experience with this organization. I had put in a deposite of $50 so I could keep my price. They then came out with a Black Friday deal that was better than the price they gave me. Im African- American (dark skin/ dark hair) along the chin, upper lip and jaw line that I have been shaving for years. I was nervous at first, wasn't sure if my skin would burn. However, after the first session I saw a HUGE improvement especially in the chin area. I did have some blotches because of the ingrown hair trying to fall out but it's nothing a little makeup couldn't cover, which Lital suggested. I would also suggest bringing your favorite

As a business it is a primary responsibility to keep your website and advertising up to date so that you do not mislead and misinform customers. If you have radically changed the services you provide - like you suddenly do not provide most of the services
