First time going for laser hair removal and had a great experience. Viv did my treatment and she was so patient, explained every step in detail, and was sure to check in with me throughout the procedure. The office is also really nice, clean, and comfortable. Laser hair does hurt slightly but it's only for a brief moment and certain areas hurt worse than others (areas where your hair is more coarse or tough). Overall it was a great experience. I look forward to returning for my follow up appointment!

Staff is absolutely amazing, especially Anna! I get full body laser and have seen great results, they are always thorough in ensuring they laser every hair. Everyone in the office is super friendly. The facilities are very nice looking. The consultation I had before the laser services were very informative and I felt like I could ask any questions. It's okay. If you don't know what laser spa should be like, you'll probably find it somewhat satisfying. They do the job but they are not committed to excellence. I was going there for 4 months and thought that the place was cool up until I had to go to another hair treatment place (when traveling) and was shocked to find out how much time it actually takes to remove your hair (15 mins just for lower part of your legs). Also, I realized that laser machines in Bared Monkey are quite outdated meanwhile the service is most def overpriced. I wouldn't recommend

Had my first appointment with Ting and she was so kind and informative. Laser treatments in particular can be intimidating if explanations and preparations are rushed but she took her time and was extremely professional. I have just moved to NYC from LA (where I was previously getting laser treatments) and the machines they use here are much less painful and more efficient. The space is very clean as well.

I had discovered this place a few years ago and had laser hair removal done. They did an amazing job, now only needing occasional touch ups. When I found out they also did spider vein laser removal, I wanted to give it a try on my annoying spider veins on my legs. One session worked amazingly! The results kept improving with time. I love this place! I have been going here for the laser hair removal treatment a couple of years now, and will continue to come for great hospitality, great customer service, and great staff since day 1. The ambience is calm and relaxing, and the prices are great too! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and attended promptly. I had 3 sessions of spider vein removal. I had pretty decent results after the first session, but two weeks later I had a second session and I would say the improvement was dramatic. Today, a month later I had a third session to hopefully take care of the last little bit of veins that were showing. My technician, Vivie is so amazing. Purchased a livingsocial deal for their 6 sessions large area laser hair removal and I am very impressed with their covid protocols. Besides self check in and signing a waiver, they stop you at the entrance for a temperature check and you have to wear shoe booties.
