My son had cracked his IPAD in the worst way imaginable. I ended up at this particular store after the one I originally go to was closed. I couldn't be happier with this twist of fate. The first person I talked to was completely honest with me in saying they weren't even sure they could fix it. Unfortunately our IPAD had more than just a cracked screen, unbeknownst to me. However, the next afternoon I received a phone call saying they not only fixed the IPAD completely but it would cost even less to fix then I thought. The man working was even kind enough to bring the fixed IPAD to me
