The guy is very rude, i did get my ipad repaired for screen and paid $100 to get the covered and after 5-6 months the touch screen stopped working and then went back and now he is demanded $100 more to install a new screen. He realized that was his fault and showing his frustation and said he busy he cann't talk , he can just fix it if i pay 100 bucks.
You should have been honest and accepted that you did not fix the screen first time correct. if you have fixed the screen how did it stopped working without any damage or drop. Yes you were totally rude , when i got service from you its your responsibility
