Services
Hanumans Leap Yoga LLP is a small, simple studio located in downtown South Bend at the Rockstroh Bldg. We are a group of open hearted souls who have experienced the power of yoga in our lives and hope to share our love and experience with the Michiana community. Our teachers are also Dads, veterans, students, techies.
The original concept was to create a central space designed strictly for the practice of yoga in the Michiana area. Teachers from around the community would share this sacred space and offer their practice. As the name implies, Dhanwantari was founded on the foundation of yoga as a healing modality-beyond the physical.
Stephanie first tried yoga over 20 years ago as a means to slow the chatter of a busy life. At Dhanwantari she found both a style that truly fit and a community that felt like home, and fell in love with yoga all over again. Stephanie completed the Sarah Tomlinson School of Yoga 200HR YTT, studied Yin Yoga with Jill Harman, is the only local teacher certified to teach Curvy Yoga, and has studied Yoga Therapeutics with Gabriel Halpern.
The Seva Project is the heart and soul of Dhanwantari. The Saints have said for millenia that the the key to experiencing yoga is to serve others. We have created a team of amazing souls to take yoga out of the studio space at Dhanwantari and into the world! Each month Dhanwantari prepares and serves a meal at the Hope Ministries Kitchen.
We often say, 'how quickly do you want to see transformation?' Whatever your goals, be they releasing stress, finding relaxation, learning to quiet the mind, or improving physical health, the more often you practice, the more yoga will become a part of your daily life both on and off the mat. At least once per week, but 3 or more and you'll discover change quickly.

The first time I took a class at Dhan, I knew it was different from any other yoga studio I had been to before. It is a small and intimate space, which is perfect for those new to yoga and seasoned practitioners alike. There is a very laid back atmosphere that creates a wonderful sense of community among the instructors and the students. They offer a wide range of classes and workshops at reasonable prices, especially for your first three classes. The instructors are very knowledgeable about yogic philosophy and history as well as anatomy and physiology. They know exactly how to cue you into a
