Family Values is a dedicated team that always does their absolute best to meet your family’s needs. Their staff is caring, supportive and helpful. I have had the privilege to have the best caregivers. Ty is so much fun. She makes my mom feel happy and cared for. Christine, Alex and Andrew always check in to see if there are any additional needs we need support with. April is outstanding as well. She is the best. She makes my mom feel safe, loved and special. Family Values is a top rate home care organization. The level of professionalism and quality care was superior to anything I could have expected. It is my first experience with a home care business, but WOW! The owners went above and beyond in dealing with many different challenges we had in the course of our care needs. They were responsive day and night and were very innovative and supportive throughout our experience. What a great find. I just had an ankle surgery and am single. I needed help with everything. I was referred to Family Values and the twin owners, Andrew and Alexander, have exceed expectations. Both of them have made special trips to my home for specific help and advise. My caregiver, Mary has been just wonderful. Not only is she a true professional, but she doest with a smile. Despite my tough situation, I look forward to her visits, and we always have a good laugh about something. She has a warm heart and a beautiful spirit. We had Andrew come into our home and consult us for our family’s needs. We felt so comfortable with what he and his brother are trying to accomplish! I had an amazing experience with Family Values earlier this year. I needed to have a companion with my husband a couple mornings so I could get out without worrying about him since he was having some dementia issues. We had a wonderful experience with a caregiver companion starting in May and in July it became obvious we were going to have to have more than a companion. My husband ended up in the hospital in July and when suddenly with out much notice the doctor told me he would be releasing him, I knew I could not possibly handle him by my self since he was having difficulty walking.
