They have not fixed anything we have asked them to. We now have a broken refrigerator and it's been that way for almost two months we went to the office to speak with someone an a week later it is still not replaced. The fluid in the fridge is from stuff melting into the refrigerator from the freezer. Took these before we cleaned it out.

We moved into a property operated by the property center. Upon arriving at the house I noticed that the downstairs AC and water heater didn't work. The house also had items left by the previous tenants (including several criminally mischievous items) and was very very dirty. The house had clearly not been touched since they moved out. The tile in the downstairs shower was falling apart (still not fixed almost three months later) as well as a myriad of other issues that are not difficult fixes. I’ve been working with TPC for almost a year now and it has been a fantastic experience so far. I contacted the property management regarding a property they had listed for rent. I scheduled an appointment to view the property August 4, 2020 the leasing agent didn’t show. We scheduled another appointment to view the property the next day August 5, 2020. I decided I no longer was interested in the property texted the leasing agent letting him know I was going to pass on the property.
