They are really bad.
My pool was very dirty and the pool water heater did not work, I called them and they told me that they could go and check my pool in a week or two (the girl in the phone is awful), I had to call another company and pay for a service that I pay to be done every month, the pool was very dirty and all that covered the drains.
I call this company back to request a refund for the month because they weren't doing their job and they said the manager would call me, it's been 4 weeks and I haven't heard from them I even emailed them, but of course i received a charge

I had my pool and patio resurfaced through Horizon which I am very happy with their sub contractors they used however, their pool service and follow up was sub par at best. Since our yard is fenced and I have a large dog I requested a "call ahead" so I could put the dog away for the pool to be cleaned. I was told they don't "call ahead." I asked if they could give me a day and time frame when they might come to clean the pool and that was also denied. Several times they came unannounced only to be met by my dog. Was my pool cleaned and checked? Who knows. I sure

Horizon Pools started to service our pool in late 2009. Until the last 12 – 18 moths we have been very happy with the service they provided. However, we just cancelled their service due to a lack of continuing / ongoing performance issues, which they appear to have not been able to resolve. Our last service which resulted in the cancellation of the service consisted of the technician cleaning the pool on our schedule day. Approximately 5 -10 minutes after his departure my spouse and I examined the pool only to find that the bottom had an accumulation of dirt and debris and the pool Pump basket

This is the worst company I have ever used to service my pool the service tech spent a whopping five minutes a week doing practically nothing and when I politely complained I didn't even get a call back to discuss my issues. I'm assuming brushing the sides of my pool and cleaning it was just too much for my them! I gave a one star rating because they did vacuum! Lol

This family owned, local business is the Best! As a stranger, I walked in with trouble with my pool ALL the way down in Boynton Beach. I explained the trouble with my “Pool Pilot Digital Nano +Plus” Saltwater chlorinator. It was offered to come out for the service call, but when the boss heard me from the office explain my trouble, and that it was Sporadic, he came out and showed me a display on the wall of my same system.
He took the time to explain and describe how the equipment works. It was suspected to only be a bad cable.

Horizon helped us with the initial re-design, pool re-construction, even found an artist to make perfectly matched custom replacement tiles for a number of our 30-year broken Spanish pool tiles, provided assistance with the pool finishes, and final clean-up. The project was reasonably priced and we have received a beautifully refurbished like-new pool. Thank you Jesse and Horizon Pool for doing such a great job for us!

TERRIBLE SERVICE we will never do business again with Horizon pool and will not recommend it to anyone. Very poor communication misleading information and lies. Unprofessional manners, not even a receipt for a 1,300$ deposit nor a contract for a 4,100$ pool heater purchase. Finally got my money back after fighting and waiting a month for the installation to be completed.
Don't believe all the lies following. Covid-19 can not be responsible for everything. As an example, I received the heather within a few days...when I went back to the store for reimbursement a month later they did not even knew

We had Horizon Pool replace our pool pump, filter, pool light and timer. My husband and I could not be happier with the entire experience. We mainly dealt with Jesse who was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and professional. The gentleman that installed everything did an amazing job!
We have worked with multiple pool companies and by far this has been the best experience we have had. Very happy to have found our forever home for all our pool needs!

After owning our new home for about a month and having nothing but trouble with the pool pump and filter system, we decided to replace it all. We went to several places explaining what we wanted and getting estimates. At the Horizon showroom, John answered all of our questions (and we had many). The next day we received an email estimate for two different systems (pump, filter and salt system) that was significantly less expensive than another local company (for the same or comparable equipment). The day after that, Oscar came out to our home, and in a few hours had the new system up and running

New home owners in the area. Previous owners had Horizon as their Pool resource. We are so glad we reached out to them. Chad has been awesome with regular follow up and a proposal that covers all we need at a good price. Wait! it gets better. My first experience with the pool guy was just incredible! He had dog treats in his pocket. He's now our 3 dogs best friend, and was very efficient at cleaning the pool and explaining what he was doing. Thanks to the team at Horizon. You made the Pool task a great experience, when there's so much else going on in our lives.

I fired these guys and replaced them with someone who was factory trained do the work right.
Poor repair job. We had Horizon's guy come to the house to install a pump that I provided. After he left, it was clear that it wasn't installed correctly. I called the installer who was hesitant to come back out and wanted to fix over the phone.
If the owner is willing to obtain factory certification for his workers, give them a try. Otherwise, it's a waste of money. Since you may have to hire someone to fix Horizon's problem

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Hurricane or not, this is no way to treat customers! I called on Wednesday and scheduled an appointment to have someone come out to replace my pool pump on my only day off from work. When no one showed up on Friday morning, I called to inquire. I was told that even though they had my information, the scheduler did not assign anyone for my job for the day. Apparently, no one cared to share that information with me. Incredible! Pool pump worked fine on a Sunday afternoon.....died on a Monday morning when it had to go back to work I guess. Anyway, 2 pool repair phone calls later and no one could make it out same day to look at it. So, after watching a quick youtube video on pump repair I pulled off the motor and hauled it in to Horizon. Marty was incredibly helpful, in fact so helpful that it was more like an hour long educational session. I ended up buying a new motor. It was a bit more expensive then I could have ordered it for online, but I ended up saving on the labor and installed it myself. In conclusion, this
