They completed a marble walkway from the front door to our driveway. Every thing went well, until two days after they finished.
A section of marble sank and needed to be fixed. If the job was done properly (compacted) this should not have happened.
I get things happen. We have called multiple times, and they don't respond. It's been over two weeks and they have not fixed the issue which is a safety issue.
When you call there phone it's a voice message with no return calls.
I would not use this company.

Horrible company! I would give negative stars if I could!! They have been promising that they would come finish the work for weeks and they do not show up. The paving that they did is not professional and has many mistakes and they will not fix it. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

My father-in law needed his driveway repaired and painted. The repair and paint took about a week to complete. Within 6 weeks of the completed job the overlay that was done began to crack. Like others who have mentioned before, they were incredibly unresponsive and not helpful whatsoever. He spoke with a woman named Stacy who claimed a crew leader came to the house and spoke with him here which never happened. Stacy also repeatedly said parts weren't covered by warranty that were not related to the topic at hand to give a run around as to why repair work couldn't be finished. To add insult to injury

We hired this company to do an overlay on our pool deck they completed the job took our money and told us we had a warranty should anything happen. We had several cracks after a few weeks. We have made several appointments to which the company did not show up to any of them, continously making false promises they would come and make the repairs. It has been over 6 months and I had 7 appointments to which they have not shown up to repair the issue. We have called and confirmed but they never showed up. Do not hire this company they are scammers when it comes to the warranty offer.

The team at Patios Pools Driveways, Inc., did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB replacing my driveway and adding new patios to the sides and back of my house. I designed the layout of the driveways and patios as part of an extensive outdoor home renovation project, and I was looking for a company that would be able to 'bring my design to life'. I have only had a good experience with Patios Pools and Driveways. The finished our concrete overlay today and did a beautiful job on our back patio and front doorstep. The workers were cordial and are truly artists. My experience on the telephone making appointments and speaking with the office was 5 star.
