The Schulte name has a long history in the Real Estate industry, a Schulte has been performing real estate transactions in the state of Florida since the 1920's. While the family history has served Florida from Daytona Shores to the Miami Beaches and from west to east coasts, we always said "we cover Florida like the sunshine".

Linda Schulte took the time to get to know us while we were searching for our first home in Orlando. We used Linda Schulte to sell our home and the experience was phenomenal. We were moving out of state and wanted to get top dollar quickly for our home with a limited amount of drama. Linda laid out the best plan to get the house on the market and close fast. It included light staging of our furniture with some enhancements from a designer. She also brought in multiple contractors to whip the house into showing state. This included people to spruce up the landscaping, wash our sidewalks/pavers, clean the house, paint the front door and wash all windows. All of that in less than 10 days.

What a trying time to be buying a house but Linda worked nonstop to find me the perfect place. She would send me new listings as soon as they hit MLS and would immediately get me a showing time for any property of interest. Linda will give you her honest opinion and looks at a house with your best interests in mind. Sometimes you see a house that you love and become blinded from all the repairs and defects that come with it. This is where Linda calmly explains to you what you are overlooking and makes sure you are aware of certain issues. I am so thankful i selected Linda to find me my new home
