I went in to see Dr. Frankenberry for a tooth that was severly infected. At the first visit I had an full on panic attack and he could see I was in distress as he entered the room. He and the assistant immediately jumped to action to get me calmed down and and relaxed. Only then did he get down to business to explain what the procedure would be, while assuring me that there wasn't going to be any work done on the tooth that day. I returned 2 weeks later for my procedure and this time I did not have a panic attack. The assistant prepped me and when the doc came in, we got right to work, and every

Although I no longer go here due to moving out of the area, I really liked this office and am disappointed I can no longer go here. Dr Johnson is professional, efficient, and friendly. The office itself is fairly new and really nice; each chair has a nice view outside to help ease stress. The staff is helpful and efficient. Highly recommended!

I have a fair amount of anxiety when it comes to dentists. I do not know what this stems from. It's not like I was mistreated when I was younger by a dentist. But anything outside of the semi-annual cleaning sends me into a fit of anxiety. I started coming to Frankenbery Johnson over ten years ago. My son and I both come to this clinic. My son is on the autism spectrum and has a hard time with new sensations or noises.
Our dental hygienist, Lisa, is fantastic. She explains everything to him before she does it and allows him to feel each machine with his fingers while it's making a noise

Dr Frankenbery is awesome! I've been coming to him for years. His new location is also beautiful I might add. Him and his staff are the reason why I don't mind my dentist appointments. They've got a vast waiting room with water bottles and coffee free to you while you wait but my wait to be honest have never been long enough for me to actually enjoy those amenities. After you're done with the visit help yourself to some free cookies which I think is a great touch. My little brother used to hate the dentist when he was younger but here, he hates it a little less cos there&apos

Nikki did my exam and cleaning and she was soooo nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and she also explained everything as she went along. I sometimes feel a little nervous to get my teeth worked on, but she actually made it into a very pleasant experience! Who would have thought going to the dentist could ever be a enjoyable experience!? This office is extremely nice, and every staff member is very professional and nice. My son was with me, and he now does not want to go anywhere else either! You will be very impressed also!! I can't say enough about this place. You

Provider: Dr. Johnson has an extremely contagious & friendly personality, but with a high level of professionalism. Discusses short and long term dental health goals each time. Takes time to listen to your questions and concerns. Will not encourage you to get dental work unless it will benefit your oral health.
