Very unprofessional, my driver arrived at pick up and the shipper told him the product is not ready and we can pick it up tomorrow. I agreed to pick it up tomorrow as long as they pay layover. They said that we can pick it tomorrow but Charles said that his boss told him that this customer doesnt pay layover or TONU, then i asked to speak to his manager and he said that they are not loading him because my driver was late and not because the product is not ready which the shipper said, pick up was from 6 to 3pm FCFS and my driver arrived at 2:40pm and the manager said that we are late even if we

They will force to take a load or they will put a freightguard against your company...very unprofessional especially dealing with Roseann Fallis(extremely rude).
Stay away if unless you want to deal with trucking scammers using freghtguard as a tool to take advantage of motor carriers...it`s a shame what they are doing...

BE AWARE!!! owner-operators and drivers, We got a load with these people, after our driver drove to the shipping place and spend more than 2 hours waiting to be loaded, load never appear!
They just paid $100 for a truck not used!
A decent broker company knows, that a minimum nationwide rate for the truck not used is $150!
