Absolutely love this place! Wonderful staff - customer service is amazing! I've gotten items notarized, large posters printed, tags printed on cardstock, and dropped off usps packages saving me a trip to the post office & the long line I usually have to wait at usps. I haven't needed to yet but I can also drop off my Amazon labeled returns as well as get passport photos taken there as well! So glad I found this little gem!!!

I literally go out of my way to use this place for ALL of my shipping, even though I recently moved 20 minutes away. It's worth it. The staff is pleasant and competent; and they find the best option for every type of job. A woman-owned operation, I recommend to anyone you give them your business. I have been utilizing this location for three years. They are hands down better than any print/ship place I've used in my 60 years on the planet. Support them!

I only put one star but really wanted to give this business no stars! I have used this local business now 4 times and each time the woman whom I assume is the owner has been rude every single time. In these times I am trying to support local businesses more than ever but I will not go back to this business again! we all have a choice on who we support and I was trying to support them but this has happened one time too many! Be kind for goodness sake!

In this time of Covid-19, it makes me nervous to go into a business. Print and Ship has policies and procedures in place to keep customers safe. They ship using many carriers, so whatever you need, they can do it. I had to ship a pair of shoes to the UK, and they made it happen, no problem. When I came in with a package for Alaska, they found the most cost-effective way to get it there. The employees are courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. Print and Ship has my highest recommendation.

We are all experiencing some very odd times, but it's always a joy coming into PrintShip KC. They adapted overnight, and never missed a beat in getting us all served. As a side note, I left my wallet at home today, and Michaela let me take my printing, and birthday card with "bring it in the next time." That's local, and wonderful service!!

I am giving Pack USA on 135th 5 stars because I have been a customer of thiers for almost four years and I have never had a bad experience. Granted I only live 5 minutes away, but even if I lived further away I would still drive here instead of standing in line at the Post Office!
The customer service is great and they always tell you which service (UPS, FedEx, etc.) has the lowest rate for what you are trying to send. The owner also has some boutique items for sale which local sellers have available for purchase. Its always fun to look at the purses, jewelry, etc. while waiting. :)
