John and his crew were personable, professional, and efficient. We had been referred to Safelite, but they couldn't deliver with an install on our MB Sprinter's windshield replacement across the three States we were travelling through during our return from vacation. So thankful there are quality independent folks like JD's to get the job done right. Many thanks to John and the folks at MB of Tucson who helped with coordination & calibration of sensors.

I did not receive a service from JD's Auto Glass, but I did call for a quote for a windshield replacement. A man called me back and asked if I could text him my year make and model of my vehicle and he would get back to me. He never called back. It would have shed me so much time considering I live just minutes away from the business. Based on the lack of follow up is why I am giving this review.

Wife's windscreen cracked in a car wash. The insurance company wanted to use a location that had failed us before. The car dealership recommended JD's and John Curry coordinated the repairs at the dealership so the glass and the safety features linked with the car. All done in a few hours.
