Had my windshield replaced with SWAT through insurance in the past which went well. I liked the quality of the glass and the technicians went straight to work. With my previous experience in 2020, I had Allstate and SWAT Auto Glass took care of everything from insurance, tinting and setting an appointment with Honda to recalibrate the camera for the Honda Sensing, all paid for by SWAT with my insurance claim. I was shocked that I would need another Windshield so soon but a rock on the freeway hit right below my drivers side wiper and it already made a long crack. I received the $100. Unfortunately had a terrible experience. Set up an appointment for Sat between 8-12. Got a call at 10:30 asking if it was okay if they showed up by 1pm. Tech finally showed up LATE at 1:15 and had the WRONG windshield. I provided my VIN # and all vehicle information when they appointment was scheduled and the tech showed me he had the info. Tech apologized and said they should have caught it. I was then assured I would have the first appointment slot on Monday between 8 and 11 and that I would be provided an updated quote and would also be contacted by a member of the sales team to talk about getting

I had a good experience with this company on my other vehicles so when I needed to have my 2021 Tacoma windshield replaced I didn’t think twice to use this company. They told me while I had my insurance on the phone with us that they would replace my windshield and re calibrate my camera on my windshield but when they came to put my windshield on they said they didn’t have the equipment with them and that I would get a call from the company for when they would come out to calibrate it. 5 days passed with no phone call so I called them and they told me that they could not calibrate and I had

I had SWAT do my RV and I was nervous about any shop touching my brand new motor home, but I have to say these guys were incredible and professional! AND they were super fast! I really enjoyed getting my windshield replaced when I went here. I thought it was going to be like any other service with my car, but they really made me feel right at home. They were very knowledgable, friendly, and fast! They also gave me $100 cash and a hotel stay for using their shop (yes you read that right, both of them)! Came in yesterday and had my windshield replaced and was out the door within about an hour or less. Everyone was incredibly friendly and really funny actually, made my hour go by faster than i thought with some good laughs with the staff there. I really am glad i came into swat glass for my service, i usually hate doing any car repair but this place was top notch and quick. Will recommend and will ABSOLUTELY use them again. I can see why they are highly awarded and credited, thanks again.

Had a windshield replaced here at was not disappointed at all! I had great service from the moment I called. They also gave me the $100 and hotel stay as they advertise on the spot which was very cool too! They also advertise that they want their customers to say: "Why would I use any other glass shop?" and I have to say, I don't think I would ever use any other glass shop! They are by far, the best I have ever used. I also included a picture of my install, as it seems to be the latest trend on the review page here lol
