Mountain Side Condo

Our condos (privately owned and managed directly by us, the owners) are available for vacation rentals year round. The condos are our vacation rental homes located in beautiful Frisco, Colorado. They are great for families as they are adjacent to the National Forest. Condos vary between 650 and 940 square feet and offer all modern amenities.

We offer a variety of condos, all managed and rented directly by their owner. The Mountain Side condos are situated in a spectacular location facing the Ten Mile Range, perfect for those wishing to enjoy peaceful surroundings with easy access to town and major surrounding ski areas. The complex set in the quiet part of town and comprises 10 separate small building (3 stories).

Chalet 277 is a 2 bedroom + 2 bath condo (869 square feet). We rarely rent our home out so it is like new, designer decorated, very sunny and extremely CLEAN! This south-facing corner unit has it all; a deck that includes beautiful views of Peak One and Mount Royal, a cozy wood burning fireplace, many board games, music, or you can simply enjoy the peacefulness.

Guest have free access to the club house. The clubhouse is centrally located in the complex and features an indoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball court, laundry area, 3 outdoor hot tubs and a barbecue area. The tennis court (Summer only) is located next to the clubhouse.

Where can I purchase travel / cancellation insurance? We highly recommend all of our guests to purchase travel/cancellation insurance policies. Such insurance will cover your expenses should you have to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances.
