At the Falcon Point, we offer fully equipped and spacious condominiums ranging from studios to one, two, and three bedrooms. The studios are approximately twice as large as a standard hotel room and families can spread out in our 1200 sq/ft two bedroom condos. Each Falcon Point condo includes every convenience - from high-speed Internet access, fully equipped kitchen, HDTV Xfinity X-1/DVD and much more.
Why book a simple hotel room when for the same price you can stay in a much larger Falcon Point studio condo with a full kitchen and more space to be comfortable?. A studio is perfect for up to two guests and comes with a kitchen, sitting area with desk and chairs, full bath, a queen bed and a sofa that pulls out to a queen bed.
The one bedroom, one bath condominiums come with a full kitchen furnished with all the appliances, cookware and placesettings to prepare meals for up to 4 people. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. You will find pool towels, soap, shampoo and lotion along with a hair dryer, iron & ironing board in each condominium.

Very clean and Spotless the place was renovated not too long ago everything is up dated.. use to staying at more luxurious accommodations in our timeshares but West Point was on point no pun intended..😆 . Has all accommodations Jacuzz..i Jacuzzi sauna and exercise exercise Room... Heated pool.. Colorado is very beautiful vale Colorado.. Avalon.... West Point made it even more beautiful we'll go there again...

Very disappointed in our stay. Front office staff were rude and unconcerned about any issue or even question we asked. The exception was the young man who was there in the evenings, he was polite and did answer a question we had. The coffee pot handle broke as my FIL was trying to pour a cup, and there was zero concern over if he was injured or not and it took them over 2 hours to get anyone to help clean up the mess. No matter what size room or how many adults you have, you are given ONE parking spot and the only suggestion they had for any other vehicles was to park in Vail for $30 a night. The

We stayed a full week in a one bedroom. The room and amenities were 5 star as was the service. The only drawback was there is no central air for the rooms, and the elevator was broken for our entire stay. The week which we stayed was 90 degrees all week, and the room was still comfortable temperature without AC for 80% of the day. We were informed ahead of time that the elevator was not functioning and the staff was very helpful getting everything to and from the room.
