Whether it is a one on one coaching session or we are focusing on group coaching for your employees. Helena is amazing. I was going through a very rough time. I had put something on Facebook about looking for a counselor. She had seen it and contacted me through messenger. We talked alot. She did alot of listening. She gave me some really good advice. And helped me feel better about myself. If I hadn't of talked to her and worked with her, I don't know where I would be right now. I was beyond blessed to have her walk into my life. I am in a much better place in my life now. And I wouldn't be where I'm at right now if it wasn't for her. She's very compassionate, professional, nice, non judgemental
