I have always went with the big companies like Paychex and ADP, each time running into poor service. After all the switching around, although inconvenient at the time, I am glad I did it because working with a smaller, local company makes a world of difference in service. The staff is very solid and thorough. Something I never got with the big names. Thanks!

I love this company for many reasons but i will list the main, running a business is stressful and if you can eleviate any of that stress by means of subcontracting then you should do, i began doing payroll by myself but realised that it was taking me away from focusing on the really matters that needed attention in my company, i contacted on time pay roll and it could not of been easier to set up, as well as this i havnt had to give it a second thought other than a weekly email submittal of employees hours which take s about 30 seconds. a smart move i should of done ages ago. the money appears

After nearly 10 years of processing payrolls for small firms in Massachusetts, I am so happy to have found On-Time Payroll. Attention to detail, personalized service, an online portal that works well, very friendly and professional people. We are a 10-person firm and although On-Time provides a MUCH better service than the big payroll companies, they only cost about $5/month more - for us this small difference in price is WELL worth it. I highly recommend them for any small business.

Our school recently switched our payroll company to On-Time payroll. Carmen, George, and Tina made the transition process from one payroll company to the other very seamless. The customer support is exceptional. If you call On-time payroll you will never receive a voicemail. There is someone on the other end always to pick up your calls and help you with anything you need. The system they provide to enter payroll is very easy to get a hang of. It takes me about 5 minutes to send in the payroll every other week. Over the years we have switched payroll companies a numerous amount of times. We have
