I have been using Commonwealth Payroll for nearly two years now, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for payroll services. Their staff members are all incredibly knowledgeable and the customer service is absolutely top notch. Whenever I have had a question, or needed assistance getting a document, they were immediately responsive. Even though I am a small account, I feel like I get treated as if I was one of their largest accounts.

Commonwealth Payroll is our choice for top payroll provider for our small office! The service is personal, the knowledge level is deep and the details are managed in a very exacting manner- which is one of the most important aspects of payroll. We have only needed payroll for about 2+ years, so they are the only provider we know, but I cannot imagine wny any company uses a big national vendor for payroll! I am very happy with the payroll system. The training is excellent and the system is user friendly. Payroll processing is efficient and the reporting is accurate and easy to navigate.
The customer service is excellent. We are assigned a contact person and the response time is prompt and reliable.
The App is a great feature and very easy to navigate.
Employees are able to punch in and out on their telephones.
Employees can view their paychecks, check their accrual time, reset their own passwords, access their W2s and update their own personal information.
