Affordable and quick fixes! Didn't rate a 5 because my face camera stopped working after they replaced my screen. When I went back, he reattached the part to make my camera work again. After a week, it stopped working again and now I can't hear calls unless it's on speaker. I think they fix it correctly but the cords/ports inside aren't secure enough so they come loose.

I dropped off my 3 week old tablet that my daughter uses fur school to fix a cracked screen. I brought it home and it wouldn't turn on. Took it back it's been 7 days I call one of the women didn't even let me talk. Almost every day I called they said it would be ready by the end of the day or tomorrow. So I've been with out my tablet for almost 2 and a half weeks. The screen also had all kind of glue around it. I would never use this place again. Poor service. And poor costumer service

This store is one of the best stores to get ur phone repaired!! The customer service is great there and the girls r really super sweet yet professional! Warning please don’t waste your time or money here. Owner very rude told me, “you’ve spoken enough” after he kept interrupting me. I brought my iphone in to have the back replaced. It work! The back was just cracked no real issue. He put me off I drove up to the store several time in hopes my phone was fixed. He finally told me he couldn’t get it… to come back on that I need to take it to apple. I had no choice but to get a new phone. I told him to put the original back back on it. I asked him how much he was gonna charge me he said no charge. Then when he called

My experience with this place has been a crazy roller-coaster. I brought my iphone for a battery replacement and when I came to pick it up I noticed the battery health statistics were the same. I asked the lady why and she offered to take another look. I agreed and left.
This was when things just went out of control. I get a text later saying my touch screen isn't working anymore and that it "wasn't their fault". They offered to fix it for a fee and said it would take a few days as it would need to go to their warehouse. At that point I didn't have any other choice so

My husband went to this place after having our daughter's iPhone 7 repaired as he trusted that the service would be great again. When he returned to pick the phone up, he tested it and noticed his speaker wasn't working where callers could hear him but he could hear them and his phone wouldn't charge. He asked them to return the phone back to how… it was when he initially dropped it off and attempted to stand and wait for them to do so. Came here for an iPhone battery replacement. Picked up the phone and it seemed to be working well. After one phone call the new battery was drained to zero percent. When asking to speak the manager about a refund the clerk gave us the run around.
He then told us that we would not be given a refund because he completed the service even though the new battery was faulty.

DONT COME HERE! Worst service. They'll break your phone. DONT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE. I brought my phone and they completely destroyed it. Unprofessional and extremely rude... they need to learn etiquette. The staff asked me to post a positive review and that they would give me a discount on a screen protector for the iPhone. This is completely ILLEGAL and upsetting that they would try and fraud/bride customers. These good reviews are all FAKE. Someone needs to make this right. Businesses like this need to be Responsible for this kind of customer abuse.

This place is amazing. So much better than Dr. Cell phone in Sugarland. (This isn't a paid promotion or anything, just a real customer with real experience). Anyways, we went before and they charged way more to fix a broken screen. At this place they charged way less and fixed a few other things for at least $75 less.
We brought in an iPhone that is literally broken in half and won't turn on. And they somehow managed to fix it and it looks like new!!! Completely mind blown and super impressed. They fixed a few other things too at a decent price. Definitely going back when we have another
