Services
With diverse training and background, Dr. Ryan and his practice are able to offer many types of treatment. Procedures range from surgical (implant placement, extraction of wisdom teeth, root canals, etc.) to cosmetic (porcelain laminate veneers, Invisalign, laser treatment, lumineers, esthetic crown and bridge, and restoration of implants).
All financial arrangements are made at the consult appointment following the initial comprehensive exam and x rays. We also provide financial arrangements (payment plans) for larger cases. Collette, our financial coordinator, works closely with patients to help them understand their options and answer all financial questions.
In this day and age with increasing number of large corporate dental practices, I strive to keep my practice small and personal. Despite the "Noseck & Associates" title, I am the only dentist in the practice with one hygienist, one assistant, and one person at the front desk. As a patient, you will always be seen by me (or my hygienist) and never be shuffled from dentist to dentist.
People always ask me questions like: "What kind of tooth paste is the best?" "What is the best rinse?" "What toothbrush?, etc. I'm going to list a quick rundown of my typical response to these commonly asked questions. First, if you take a walk down the typical Walgreens "tooth paste isle", you'll see what seems like a million different toothpastes.
I just attended the 2014 AzDA Convention. I made myself take a EIGHT HOUR course on toothpaste! No, seriously, it was really good. It addressed the latest and greatest in dental hygiene, toothpastes, sensitive toothpastes, rinses, tooth brushes, chewing gum!, Yogurt!, general diet, cold sores, dry mouth, Bad Breath, and about a million other things.

We highly recommend Dr. Noseck and his outstanding staff. He actually explains all of our procedures in detail and plain English -- we are very impressed! Dr. Noseck is not only highly competent but also empathetic and aware of his patient's comfort during procedures. We are always happy with his work and attention to detail. My dentist retired so I had to find a new dentist. A close friend told me about Dr Noseck and she was so thrilled with him I made an appointment. I really like his chair side manner. I have been going to him now for 3 years. I had to have a crown replaced and it was amazing how closely he paid attention to getting it perfect. He has gained my trust and confidence. I moved to Tucson three years ago from Connecticut and asked a neighbor to recommend a dentist. She enthusiastically recommended Dr. Noseck and that was my good fortune. He and his technicians not only provided my wife and me great dental care, but he corrected issues for both of us that we had put up with for decades. I had complete dentures top and bottom with many extractions, and implants on the bottom to retain my dentures. From start to finish I felt I was in the very best hands and was taken care of when I needed a little extra attention. I’ve been to many dentists over the years, none as good as Dr. Noseck. Dr. Noseck is a true professional with an easy going personality and awesome bedside manner. I'm not partial to dentist offices and have only had bad experiences. My crown was extremely complicated and Dr. Nosek stayed the course and got me through it! I never have anxiety walking in! His dental hygienists are wonderful and extremely qualified as is Collette.

I don’t like going to the dentist, but Dr. Noseck is the best. He is a strait shooter and doesn’t try and up sell you on services you don’t need. I have had extensive dental work done by him and would recommend him to everyone I know. Most importantly he really cares about giving his patients quality work.

I have been having a tooth ache for some time...several months ago, I met Dr. Ryan where I work, only I didn’t know at first he was a dentist. Then a few months back he told me he was a dentist... it has been a while since I was to a dentist due to trust issues. So because I couldn’t deal with the pain, I contacted his office. An email within a few hours, a call from his wonderful receptionist Collette, and boom, I was in for a visit. Dr. Noseck is without a doubt the best dentist that we've ever been to. We called the office when my husband had a terrible tooth ache and they were able to get him in right away. Dr. Noseck is a class act. Very knowledgeable and competent. He is quite attentive, and is willing to make extra effort to get things right at each stage. After limping along in dental care for many years, I was fortunate to receive care from Dr. Noseck starting in 2016. Like so many good people, I neglected my oral hygiene for decades. It's embarrassing because I know better. So when I could ignore the situation any longer, I broke down and went to Dr. Ryan Noseck for treatment. After the initial exam, Dr. Ryan drafted a plan of action, which included 5 extractions, deep cleaning of my gums and the outfitting of partial dentures.
